Curiously & compassionately exploring, accepting, trusting & loving all of the multi-dimensional aspects of ourselves & learning how to fully align with & blissfully live as our authentic selves;

What we need, what we desire, our rhythms, our flows, our fears, our triggers, our limitations, our gifts, what we are here to express, live & share!

Then being able to calmly & consciously communicate all of ourselves to those we magnetise into our lives, without fear, shame, or hiding parts of ourselves.

Culminating in our capacity to curiously, compassionately & peacefully explore, accept, trust, love & align into relationship with divine counterpart(s)

So that they can show all of the multi-dimensional aspects of themselves to us fully, without fear, shame, hiding, in our presence & we can each learn more about ourselves through our intimate loving interactions with each other.

This is Intimacy between two beings

When two self-aware, self-accepting, self-sufficient, self-trusting & self-loving individuals align with & express themselves completely & joyfully to each other, with the capacity & skills to accept, witness, hold, love & peacefully communicate, co-navigate & co-create the joint journey they embark upon together.

sisterhood circles are our practice playground for exploring & expressing ourselves authentically, whilst we are held, witnessed & celebrated by our sisters.

When women hold & witness each other consciously & tenderly in sisterhood, we are amplified;

It is more than just an exchange of information; It is a weaving, expansion & elevation of our energies, capacities & essence.

Sacred Circle is the practice of coming together with an aligned intention, to share wisdom, be seen, be heard, respected, accepted, nourished, encouraged, inspired & to celebrate & uplift each other.

We create a safe, sacred space for us to begin showing ourselves fully to others - our sisters. We also learn how to listen, see, witness, accept our sisters as they are in this moment.

We practice & hone our skills with our sisters which gives us more intimate connections as friends and gives us the skills we need to take into our romantic relationships.
